What are your minimum order requirements?
Minimum order quantities depend on product type, packaging, and customization options, with specific quantities subject to inquiry and confirmation. Free samples are available; shipping costs are additional.
What are your sample and production lead times?
Samples take 7–15 business days; mass production takes 25–45 business days. After formula modification, new samples must be made and cost and delivery time re-evaluated.
What are your payment terms?
50% deposit upon contract confirmation; final payment triggered: settlement before shipment after factory/inspection approval of mass production; cancellation policy: orders without paid deposit can be canceled; if canceled unilaterally after deposit payment, the deposit is non-refundable and customers bear any material losses incurred after production; currencies accepted: USD, CNY.
How do shipping and delivery work?
Delivery locations listed are Guangzhou warehouse and Malaysia warehouse; delivery to customer-designated warehouses can be arranged as agreed, supporting export to Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Specific logistics plans are confirmed by the customer.
What after-sales support is available?
Full inspection before shipment. After-sales handling of production quality issues is negotiated according to the OEM contract; customized OEM products do not support unconditional returns or exchanges at the end user.
